This updates your XvT to 1.14, the latest version. Every player needs to have this version. It shows up as 1.1 in-game. Another update isn't likely to come.
You'll need this latest update in order to play XWA online. It will update you to 2.02.
Of course, there is a variety of additional downloads available.
